------------------------------------------------------
* LT1z "Stage 1.5" cam package: stage 2 duration with slightly smaller lift and nicer lobes for a DD. ($1k)
* I/W balancer, 10.5" pulley, Lingenfelter relocation bracket to work with OEM idlers. ($850)
* Track Attack & ZL1 lid. ($900)
* Sideswipe, Airaid, S/M catch can. (Practically came with the car)
* Mamofied Throttle Body. ($150)
* HPTuners ($400)
* Factory exhaust with catdelete. Coated headers w/ resonators will be the next stage.
* Accidental D3 Radiator upgrade...

$2K for labor, tune and incidentals. Looking for around 630-650 at the wheels in this cold, dry weather.

------------------------------------------------------
Results: 610 RWHP / 581 RWTQ. Just shy of 15psi at high RPM. Peak power is ~6100 RPM.

The factory exhaust sounds god aweful... lol Headers and resonators will be ordered next week!

Cool man! Hopefully you went with a nice lopey cam since you can with a manual trans :)

Vendor Acknowledgement:

LT1z / GP Tuning (Matt) - great to talk to, very knowledgeable; I had parts in two days and a custom cam inside of one week.

Black Moon (Sal) - great deal on a Innovators West balancer.

Ive never seen that cam manufacturer before. +1 on lt1z cam selection. Im very happy with mine!

Cam Motion uses a higher quality steel than Comp; Matt sells it at the same price so I figure why not?

Build scheduled @ Cincy Speed for 2nd week of February. Will update as things progress including baseline pulls.

2013 MN6 Wagon, stock except for an Airaid and catch can.

I blew my warranty and all I got...

Is a giant shit-eating grin on my face :D

You are going to be so frikkin giddy with the new mods, finally.

Then, go out and buy yourself some mens underwear, and let your wife have hers back.

In all seriousness, good for you, really. PM me when you get it all done, drive it, and let me know if it was worthwhile.

I need to graduate to bigger britches like random84 and let muh nuts hang. '13 wagon on warranty might as well be a chastity belt.

For all the tough talk on this forum, my wife let's me wear the pants - and I intend to keep it that way!

A happy wife is much less expensive than the alternative.

Quick Question for your 10.5" guys: Lingenfelter says use Gates 080700 (70.5") belt with a 10.0" lower, their bracket and OEM idlers. It looks like the belt need to be ~1 1/8" longer for each half-inch of lower pulley (ie going from a 9.5 to a 10.0).

So that leads me to believe I probably need a 1 and 1/8 or 1.5" longer belt for the 10.5" lower... right around 71 3/4" long - which Gates doesn't list. The next closest size is the 72 1/8" belt (#080716) and I worry it will be too long with OEM 90 & 70mm idlers?

I'm staying with the 2.95 upper, and 90 /70mm factory idler.

How much "room" is there on your tensioner (since I will likely need a little more belt to account for the 70mm and 2.95)?

The only thing i left out of this photo was HP tuners and the wad of cash im going to spend on labor!

I was quoted $2K out the door including cat-delete and crimp removal. They're going to try to get it done with tune in 3 days - so fingers crossed! As long as there are no major surprises I will gladly pay someone for this amount of work.

Congrats on the upgrades!! We never got a chance to meet up at Cincy Speed. Only thing to note is that Tracey will tune your V on the conservative side if it's your daily unless you tell him not to. I've got pretty similar mods (more aggressive cam) and I dyno'd at ~640 rwhp. Also, I didn't see injectors on your list...

The trick was for me to start selling the take-off parts ahead of time; now im obligated to go through with it.

I just hope i have better luck than the custom wheels, the spring swap, the ported blower and so on... lol!

Baseline pulls: 490/455 first run and 495/460 to the wheels on the second. Bone stock '13 MN6 other than an Airaid on factory 19's.

Yes.

And on the bright side, my time table has already been extended by 2 days due to another build having issues. Good thing i had... a two day reserve built into my schedule. Lol.

Nice guys though - they act like they take pride in their work.
