Hub dynos are notorious for reading higher than a rolling dyno.

Not saying the car doesn't make good power...but every dyno is different. On average, from what I have seen, the Hub dynos will read about 5 to 7 percent higher than a Dynojet. On a Mustang Dyno (typically around 10% lower than DynoJet), car would probably be around 530 to 540...DynoJet, about 580 to 590.

The proof will be in where the car runs down the track (or next to another ~625whp V2)...if you run (noticeably) slower than it, you don't make 625.

Yes Sir.

I run 93 every 6 months.

Plus I been using Lucas Ethanol treatment.

With ethanol your dyno numbers make sense. I would expect you to be in the 560 - 575 HP range on 93.
