I kind of forgot about the silver frost coupes. I guess 100 were built, so the total is no mystery but I would break out the manuals. I can't find the RPO though. Anyone here know the RPO or own one that could send me a VIN that I could use to look it up?

Sedans by Color
GLB - Stealth Blue (2013)
Total 23 Manual 3
Hmm... I wonder how many of these three manual cars had the blue interior with a sunroof. I know there was at least the prototype Supersonic Blue one in 2011 and possibly also the one GM photographed in 2013 (if this wasn't the same prototype). Mine is a little different than those because the dealer ordered it with red calipers. I would have preferred silver, but the red does look nice.

I am also a little bit surprised that there are more manual Stealth Blue wagons (5) than sedans (3).

If you are surprised by manual wagons having more of rare colors than manual sedans you'll be really surprised by the number of 1s I have just going off manual and color only for coupes. There are 4 colors with only 1 manual coupe built, including Stealth Blue. The other three are Mocha, Plum, and Glacier Blue. The Glacier Blue is the craziest, 21 cars and only 1 manual. Should have manual coupes done this week but it is kind of a crazy week so it is possible I won't.

See google docs sheet

That's all the farther I'm blindly going on coupes. I was already getting reports with no data and having to run things a different way to get some of the 1s in the manuals to come up and to get the 1 2014 Mocha car. I'll do some of the other coupe and sedan options on their own like I did for the wagons and fill in requests as time permits.

So no info on '08-'09's?

thank you! thank you! THANK YOU!! For all this great info!!

I found out my 2015 coupe is technically 1 of 53... but the dealer swapped the original polished wheels for graphite before I bought it. Graphite would make it 1 of 78. Not sure which numbers to claim. Maybe I should just buy myself a spare set of polished wheels to keep with the car and keep my graphite wheels as beaters wheels. lol

**and I really need to update my sig!**
Do you know that the dealer swapped the wheels on it or are you assuming they did because it doesn't match my sheet? If you know they swapped them that's one thing but if you are assuming let me know which car is yours and I will double check it. You could also check the RPO tag to see which wheel RPO is listed there. I can't promise to have been error free.

How many OBM manual Wagons with no sunroof and recaros... the red calipers and titanium interior have to make it 1 of 1.

All Model Year Wagon, opulent blue, no sunroof, titanium interior - 4 add red calipers - 2

I'll add more on later, can't believe it isn't to 1 already.

I just stumbled along this thread and want to first say THANK YOU V-WAGON for all the insider information on the rarity of the V-Wagon breed! I was unaware of actual production numbers when I purchased my 2012 Wagon last week, I just knew they were practically non-existent in my neck of the woods which made me want one even more. Mine isn't super unique although after reading through this thread maybe it is???

2012 V-Wagon, non-recaro, auto, sunroof. My guess is the car is black raven but i'm not sure how to tell the difference or where to go to determine if it's black raven or black diamond...any help would be appreciated...i'm new to the V2 CTS-V's; I've had a V1's in the past. The VIN is: 1G6DV8EP5C0115272; not sure if that's any help with determining the rarity of the car.

Understood it's the end of the month - beginning of the month where all the reports are super congested but if you get any spare time to run a specific report down the road I sure would like to know how many identical twins my V-wagon has!

Again, thanks for all the information you have provided; eliminates any buyers remorse and makes me want to hold on to my V-wagon a little longer than previous vehicles.
Being you have lots of common things I started pretty deep in
2012, Wagon, Raven Black, Auto, Sunroof, Black non Recaro - 24 I'll work on it more later but I can't do no wood AND no suede together so that is going to limit me on where I can get.

Do you happen to know how early the first 2009 V's were produced? And does anyone on here know the oldest V on the boards? I have a December 2008 V.

Speaking generally, the model year's production starts in July and there are some saleable cars built prior to that for test use that normally get auctioned off when they are done with them. I've flipped through 50 cars and not found a CTS-V yet. Not sure how far I will go before I give up on finding the first car. Timing doesn't always follow the generality. Some times a launch is scheduled earlier or later for new things. Once in production the generality for model year timing isn't even always 100%. 2017 Volt had a very early start even though the new Volt started for 2016 Model Year.

I went through the first 300 VINs, still in early build cars, 2009 model year sequence number 300 was built June 16, 2008 but no CTS-Vs to that point. I found a bunch of STS-Vs. It looks like the CTS-V launch was behind a typical model year launch though for no early build cars to have happened prior to June. I will see if I can get what the first build months were from a 2009 model year report. I think I can get the build month but saying what the first VIN number was is unlikely to happen.
