I'm a new owner 2011 CTSV w/ only 24k miles, and a bunch of Lingenfelter and D3 goodies. :D

I'm wondering if any of ya'll have ever heard of, or had this issue with regards to the electric seats:

when this issue is triggered or noticed randomly, it effects both seats simultaneously. With or without exit memory on or off, at any MPH, and various RPMs, my slut of a drivers electric seat (RECAROS) decides to become randomly nonfunctional, completely. Only does it when she's provoked though. Because me and her *my car, duh*, we have a very new relationship, so naturally my fingers have been down there fiddling around a lot, trying to find my D-spot *insert Latina accent, "psshaw! You so ngaasssty, get your mind outta the gutter college boy!" I meant "D"river-spot. Sheesh. Ok, seriously though, heated/AC seats nor ac functions illuminate, nor work, during these random times of dysfunction, that is. Otherwise, as I said, she does what she's told. This random behavior doesn't seem to occur if I wasn't recently fingering around. Oh, and steering wheel adjustment function too. nothing works. it goes dead. I tried Slapping her a lil too. I'll admit it. Yeah well!!, sometimes a lil pimp slap changes something (oh breaks whats about to break, haha don't play like you haven't done that shit! ) No, turning the car on or off doesn't seam to effect when she'd begin working properly again. Then she'd kick back in and become fully functioning, for an unknown length of time. I experience this crap about every other time driving it. At times, this dirty lil miss-thaang, she'd even tease me! and begin to move into one of the presorted memory positions, but then stop halfway,... What the fugg!?
She even kicked into the other preset memory position 2 on her own while I was driving. Yup, Really! (but only done this once in past two weeks, and again only on days in which I've changed or played with seating or wheel position). I had just put her in Neutral when she did it; oh yeah, she's a manual, dunno if that detail matters,-but with 588 rwHP, who wouldn't?
don't know if this factor matters, but during my epic display of fundamentally sound backhanded pimp slapping of her, I noticed that the seat has about 2-3mm of play in the seat rail/gears... dunno if that's normal play, please please, don't tell me that's not too lose? :(

have I inhaled way way too much race gas , or could all this be caused by a weak battery or ALT? Naawww?! not a seat?! dosn't draw that much does it?

K, I guess what I'm sayin' is, fugg-my-life! I've got no game or any friggin clue how to tame this ho! Fellow pimps, (yeah, don't get it twisted college boy, you drive a Cadillac, and ya, you got a CTSV 'cuz they indeed look sooo PIMP! or, ya'll are trying to look like pimps in yo sexy-ass coupe! Or you ALREADY ARE pimps) So, I say again, fellow pimps, I'm at your knees for help.

Oh!!! and I'm accepting suggestions on a name fer this lil' slut!

I had to have this serviced on my car, basically with the seat traveling back and forth over time the cable under the seat becomes twisted like a phone cord. So that basically shortens the cord and makes bad contact at different lengths of adjustment. Before I took it in, I noticed the seat would adjust if I wasn't sitting in it. They ended up replacing the the harness under the seat.
