Door Lock Actuator? Passenger Door Woes

Hello all,

Posting here because the facebook groups aren’t too active.

Purchased a 2010 CTSV Sedan.

Passenger door only opens from inside. Not outside. Window still works.

Would an actuator fix this? Looking to pull trigger on one from RockAuto.

I just did the driver's side. Do NOT believe the part #'s posted here. They are WRONG. There is a cable for the interior pull, and an electronic connector. Pull it apart and you'll figure it out. Take your time. Watch youtube on how to yank the door panel without destroying it.

Yea, i’m looking at RockAuto. Any brands you suggest in particular? i’m trying to avoid oem cuz it’s super tax.

Did your V have keyless entry etc?

and you had same issue? Could only open from inside?
