I've heard several use NGK wideband w/ it. Any advice? I have full SW headers w/ no cats.

Using the AEM UEGO (non guage) W/B. I have it connected to both the Aeroforce and HPTuners data logging. However, U can only use one at a time. It was a pretty easy install also. Setup was a bit tricky until I got some good advice. Works pretty good.

I have the aeroforce guage but chose to install a standalone A/F guage.

I just installed the Innovate MTX-L. Works well and easy install. I mounted the gauge in the glove box. It's connected to the HP Tuners module. $166

Based on the various responses, it seems everyone will back their own brand. I went with the unit based on the recommendation of my tuner. Doesn't mean it was the best, just the one that he had the best results with. In fact, I have an old AEM unit that i could have used, but elected to go with the new design based on a number of factors relating to setup, compatability with Aeroforce, etc. Do a google search, which will bring reviews as far back as 2005 and will cover a variety of platforms. This will help you get a sense of install issues, failure rates, compatiblity issues, etc. Make sure to do a search for Aeroforce and XXX Wideband also, to see which are compatible. In the end, you just want one that is easy to wire (e.g. "brains" can be mounted underhood with wires into the cabin), provides a steady (vs eratic) signal that has good durability (will last more than the warranty period). If u research eadch one of the units already named, it will be easy to pick the one that works best for your needs.
