Ok 1st time 1/4 track Pomona raceway. I have a coupe w appx low 700 rwp. I ran a 11.623 at 127.73mph.
60' was terrible at 2.039 was on stock wheels w falken RT660 295/35/19 . So looking for recommendation for
a drag setup. Where i can just swap and not have to deal w reprogram for tire size. Next summer will squeeze
a few more hps next year. Running 2.55 upper possibly 2.45 at min or 2.38 and remove Cats. Bead locks vs non
More i look things up more conflicted i get. I prefer to make one purchase vs not spending a little more and be ready for next phases of upgrades. Any suggestions would be great thanks

It is also lowered on Eibach pro springs. I'm sure that makes a difference.

I’m on my phone and can’t point to a similar thread I posted. Look for “Switching Drag Radials - what size?” I went with the 305/35 17 and I don’t think they’ll fit on a lowered sedan. You have a wider wheel well on a coupe and someone else will have to say what fits on a lowered coupe. I didn’t go beadlocks as I’m done modding at just over 700rwhp on E85. My friend with a similar build went with beadlocks as he has a manual. He knows more then me and installed my last mods.

I recall 4 years ago my absolutely stock wagon 60' 1.90's spinning through first on the 19"s. I stepped up to 17" DR's and with a 2.50 upper pulley and CAI only, went 11.40's. An aftermarket converter and ported SC and the car went 10.90 with stock injectors, stock cam and heads! So yeah, a DR will definitely help your 60' which will translate into a quicker ET.

This is my 17" DR set-up - M&H 275/50/17 (28" tall) rear tires on Billet Specialties Winlite 10" wide single bead lock wheels

And this is the car on the same wheels but with Hoosier Drag Bracket Radial slicks; 28-10.5R-17, which are exactly 1" wider than the M&H's
