Hey there, been lurking for a while. This is my first time officially posting. I was wondering what my options are for tire sizes with Forgestar D5 17x10 rears, my car is a '12 coupe lowered on eibach springs. From what I can tell, these are about same as weld rts s71, +45 offset. I tried to look around and saw people running 295/45 and 305/45 on sedans, but wondering if I can go up to 315 or 325 since it's a coupe. I'm looking towards MT ET Street-R's. Any feedback or link to previous thread would be greatly appreciated. Also if you guys got a good size for the 18x5 fronts that would help me out too.

Thanks in advance!

A 315 is too much tire for a 10 inch wheel. It'll fit on there but it won't wear evenly. It will wear out from the center and leave a lot of unused rubber on the sides closest to the sidewalls. A 305 will put down a better foot print.

Even on my coupe with stock wheels my MT 305 ET Streets are wearing out from the middle. Next time I'll buy the 285 and give those a go.
