FYIW - I had the same problem..stuck in accessory mode. For me it was the shifter not pushed all the way forward into park (it was replaced and has continually done this). Happens all the time now...I put it in park, then have to push forward one more time and hear the click. Accessory mode goes off and can turn key. May not be your issue but this has caused my wife to call me and people servicing it asking why it wont turn off. One extra push to hear the magnetic click...fixed it every time.
