Just wanted to share my CTS V- coupe.
Stoked on my V coupe. Crazy fast!!!

Eddie from addiction motorsports is awesome. He took my brand new stock 2015 and turned it into a 850 HP beast.
List of upgrades to follow

Nice! Post the dyno too! You better get a tire on that thing before you kill someone.

I do own a 4 door "performance" car. My 2010 Evo X. But other than that, and pickup trucks that don't count, every car I have ever owned since my first car have been 2 door coupes.

In order: Nova w/350, 260Z, Corolla SR5 (embarrassing, had just gotten married), SVO Mustang, Turbo Supra, Turbo Supra again, Z28, C5 Coupe, C5 Z06, Evo X, CTS-V Coupe.

I've owned both the Evo and V since new. Both are only at about 50K miles. Both do the jobs they do as well as I need them to do it, so I have not been inclined to replace either. I'll probably drive them both to death. I kept the Z06 for 18 years. Actually sort of sorry I let it go. It was quite a bit more "nimble" than the V... weighing in at about 25% lighter, I could throw it around in ways the V would punish me severely for even thinking about trying...

To use your words…

My 2002 RS-6 AWD was the most nimble of all of my cars.
Right next to it was my GMC AWD Typhoon.

While both of those cars were AWD, neither cars engine overpowered the suspension.

In my opinion those older C5 & C6 Corvettes handle better when
you remove the transverse leave springs and replace with the a
proven performance oriented coil-over suspension.

The AMG Hammer turned around corners like it was a bus… L O L

I was happy with the Z's stock suspension. It had height adjustment built in, so I could drop the car about 1.5" just by cranking on a bolt at each corner. Car was much better composed at the lower ride height. Yeah, it could get a bit unsettled on rough surfaces, but that was never an issue on the track. I just had to watch out for it on the street. Also, the run flats they put on the other variants of the C5 were heavy. That probably contributed a bit to the reputation the transverse springs got. But the Z06 didn't have run flats. It even had centrifugally cast lightweight rims that didn't come on the other variants. But GM designed the C5 with the assumption that it'd have run flats, so there was no space for a spare tire. The Z06 came with a bottle of fix-a-flat and a 12V compressor. I was able to enable TPMS, though, so if I got a puncture I at least had a chance of stopping and re-inflating before I'd pulled the tire off the rim. But in all the years I owned it, the ~130K miles I put on it, I never once had a flat tire. Go figure. :)

Mine was an 02, but I updated to the 04 shocks, which were re-valved and worked a bit better. I also got a custom 6mm thick billet aluminum cover for the torque-tube tunnel, replacing the stamped steel original. That really stiffened up the chassis, got rid of a lot of what little twist there was. And then I added a Vortech blower, which really woke the car up. :)
