I wouldn’t get to caught up on the mileage if the car is in good shape and has been taken care of. Does it have a decent service history? Keep in mind it is a 10 yr old car so that’s only 9700 miles a year, that’s not excessive especially if it was a daily at some point in its life. There’s a member here with over 300k on the clock. Like karch said do some reading, if the car is solid and the price is right then go for it!

Unfortunately the guy with 300k just posted and his engine bit the dust, but its still saying something! I can only hope mine can make it that long. I am sitting at around 90k and the car still feels great.

Yea, was mainly stating not to get so hung up on mileage a car could have 30 k and be a piece of crap or it could have 130k and be fantastic

Looks pretty clean, engine appears to be bone stock. You can ask or check for the known issues with the car. See if the supercharger has had the solid isolater installed in place of the spring loaded one(will sound like a loose marble rattling around in the supercharger. mag ride shocks are know for leaking and are sort of pricey to replace, cheaper if your handy as they are available on rock auto. I’m sure others will chime in but chances are if the engine is in fact bone stock your probably fine. If it had tons of mods I’d be a bit more leary

The car was seized by the feds in a drug bust, forfeiture in May of 2013. This does not reflect negatively on the car in any way as long as it comes with a CLEAR TITLE but I would be VERY insistent on seeing a copy of the title before I'd begin negotiation on the car. It was seized, sold at auction at some point and the title should be perfectly clear but I'd be REAL curious about it.

I believe carfax guarantees it, or they buy it back

Agreed, not normally a fan of blue or red on cars but both look great on the v especially the two door ones….

I do like the sedan better and really like the look of this one but being a 2009 makes me hesitant. But if you guys think it's a good car I would feel better about going to look at it

much better color, obviously has been cosmetically modified so you may want to enquire about any engine mods
