Wiring halo rings to DRL and turn signals

Hi there! Just got back my blacked out lights with new halos. Having trouble finding the correct wire to splice to for the delay and turn indicators. Not good at reading the diagrams please help, thank you in advance (2013 CTSV with HIDs)
