Who's New in the Lou? - 2012 Black Diamond Sedan
Greeting fellow owners,
So, nine days ago I became the new owner of a 2012 Sedan. I picked it up in Chicago and drove it back to the eastern side of St Louis (the Illinois side). I finally got some time to go over her and find the small imperfections that you expect on a car with 67K on the clock. Aside from about 5-6 minor chips and a 3/4" scratch on the rear bumper, the paint is surprisingly good. The Carbon Fiber hood hasn't been well maintained, so it probably needs to be wet sanded and polished, or may just end up wrapped. Time will tell. The wheels have been curbed a bit and the dealer (or someone) hid the damage with Plasti Hyperdip, so I'll need to figure out how I want to address them long-term too. Sadly, I have yet to see any other V's around where I live, so a bit of a unicorn for the time being. Without further ado, some pics. Not posting a lot, since she looks strikingly similar to many of the cars here.
