Could be due to a worn clutch, does your peddle vibrate at high rpm? I have personally experienced this issue, also about 80mph in my manual, first checked the tires/balance/flat spots, then the drive shaft, turned out to be a worn clutch.

Rotate the driveshaft 180 and see if the vibration goes away or gets substantially reduced. I would go back with the original equipment design. Yes, it is weaker but seems to be less trouble overall. The tires spin before the driveshaft breaks...

Been involved with the Hellcat platform for about 3 years.DSS 1 piece has had vibration issues with this platform.Clock it 180 as has been suggested. If that does not work just replace with stock. They have had multiple revisions on the hellcat platform. Least desirable 1 piece for Hellcats.

I would figure DDS at the top of the driveshaft game for NOT having issues with their products? Must have something to do with the longitudinal axis? I can't say for certain that my Gulf Coast one piece may not experience some degree of similar vibration based on axis, or some other factor? I will say that at this time based on personal experience up to 135mph using a one piece, I feel the road a bit more and additional vibration. I also recently discovered that worn clutch plates cause a vibration condition that may be mis-diagnosed as drive shaft imbalance at high rpms. I base this on my last clutch inspection, cleaning, and adjustments. After a couple months of pulls, vibrations began to creep back. Keep in mind I was ignorant at the time and installed an RST. (haha) I plan to install an RXT-HD after I kill this one.
