Anybody hear of this. Just bought 2018 CTSV and noticed air blows out by the feet and when I switch to face it barely blows but still blows by feet. Sounds like the mechanism to.chamge it but wonder if anybody has had this issue? Maybe a fuse reset idk? I can imaging the work involved in changing the hard parts if I need too

Replaced my blend door actuator on my 2013 since it would not blow out the dash vents. It just blew on the floor before I replaced it. Looked like the electrical contacts in the unit wore out.

Any idea where it is in the 2018? I am guessing behind dash somewhere

It should be on the HVAC module behind the glovebox. I've done it on a truck and you need small hands and a finger rachet. The part is cheap too. When I peeled the sticker off of the Dorman part the marking were the exact same as the OEM actuator. I would try a google search or a FSM.

Yeah I got lucky it's still under CPO warranty, dealer didn't even know it was a CPO vehicle.

Bullshit they don't. That VIN is logged. They just want the $$.

Huh? Well when I bought the car it was never advertised as a CPO car
