V3 CTSV cooling fan not working

I am having the same problem. Just stopped working. At a stop light A/C turns off too. I replaced the temp sensor as I thought that was the problem, but that didn't change anything. I guess I should check the Thermostat next. Hoping not to take it to dealer as well.

Guys have had fan issues on here before. Some when the car was <1yr. old. Do a search. There may be some tricks you pull out.

If you’re getting power to the connector then try unplugging it and checking both fan motor terminals for continuity. Set your multimeter to ohm’s and make sure it doesn’t read OL when you touch both terminals, also touch the multimeter leads together to check for continuity to make sure the multimeter is working properly.

If the fan is malfunctioning, rockauto sells a brand new GM genuine for $286

Mine failed a month ago and it was the relays

The BCM grounds a combination of three relays to control the fans and speeds.
