The aftermarket lights are not worth the time. I had the drivers side Daytime Running Light fail. It was $140 for two from Cadillac for both. Found Sylvania replacement lights after the fact for $24 bucks each. Turns out they are the same as the ones Cadillac sells. SEV Marchel are the French crystal lights. Anyway, I did the same thing as to purchase a new headlight assembly for the drivers side since I did not want to take the bumper off twice. Turns out the on e I bought was an after market one and had the issues described. Anyway, sent it back and still don't have high beam on the drivers side since the motor that turns the headlight tore the wire off the inside of the shutter for the high beam. No fixing that other than getting another OEM headlight. I am still on the lookout for an original equipment one to do it again so everything works. Such a pain to fix something that should not break. My lenses are still good so I don't want to go that route as of yet.

I'm looking to change my assemblies also. Any real diff between AKKON and SPYDER AFS headlight assemblies ??? This is for a 2013 CTS-V Sedan.
Also, while changing assemblies want to change out bulbs. Any suggestions on DRL, Turn, Headlight, and FOG ?? Want to stay in the 6000k range.
