So I went ahead and ordered those sensors off Amazon. Yup they programmed within 2 minutes using the two button remote/pressure drop method

18x8 mb crux wheels from discount tire and nexen 255/45/18 winter guard sport from tires-easy. Tried to get the whole package from discount tire but the tires were 180 a piece and they wanted to charge 45 for each TPMs sensor. Decided to piece it all together for around 1k including mount/balance and lugs.
