Yes that is the brake light you need for the CF spoiler, if you currently have the non CF spoiler. You can also use your old brake light if you pull the studs out of it. Looks like it could be done with a heat gun and some pliers. Honestly I think that's what I would have done in hindsight instead of spending 100 bucks on that brake light. Also that part was backordered for quite a bit when I was looking. Either way you will need new hardware. I bought machine bolts from HD, as the ones supplied with the spoiler didn't work very well. I am assuming you are getting the EOS spoiler? It also left a sizeable gap between the spoiler and brake light at the bolt holes. Not visible when installed but i used some silicone to prevent water intrusion.
