So I'm in the middle of reassembling my car and I noticed after I installed long tube headers my oil dipstick can no longer reach the bolt hole.

How are you guys bolting it up?

might have to get a round hollow spacer to fill the gap, or not sure what yours are like position wise but here in Aus most of the time we have to rebend the tube to work around aftermarket headers

Should I try and bend it down to that header bolt ?

NO. that would invite trouble. Kinked tube, leaking O-ring, no way I’d take that chance of putting it in a bind. Just make a little spacer. Simple does it.
I think that's the best option.
I was just looking to see if I could trim it. But I think I'd have to cut to much off before it would fit.

My SW 2" long tubes came with a spacer and a longer bolt just for that. It was in the bag with the hardware for the manifold bolts. I recommend not tweaking the tube but finding the right spacer. I've seen a turbo build spit oil out the bottom of the tube because the seal was tweaked.

I got a nut at home Depot that worked perfect

I was going to suggest that as I've seen others put a larger nut under it.
