Supercharger noise with solid isolator

I've got some super charger noise and sadly it is an '09 so too old for the Cadillac recall. Its a rattle, quiet at idle and louder with a bit of throttle. 3 years ago it had a solid isolator put in when it got a 2.5 pulley. What's the best course of action to get this fixed before summer runs out?

That depends on your definition of "fixed" is a low or high four digit number or even a 5 digit number.
You have a few options. You could buy a new SC altogether, buy used, have yours rebuilt, or have yours rebuilt and ported. AND! It depends what mods you have already.

New: Magnuson, Eaton, Kong, Factory GM
Used: Facebook Groups/Marketplace
Rebuild or Rebuild/Porting: See New, except Factory

If it were me, I would have mine rebuilt and ported AND have my heads ported at the same time. But that is because I already have most of the supporting mods.
Also, if it were me, I would consider my car parked until summer runs out.

Have you tried removing the belt and seeing if you have any play when you try to wiggle pulley? Would let you know if you possibly have a bearing issue

Unless you can acquire a bearing rebuild kit, like @SofaKingSlow advised, should play it safe and park it for now. Just curious, when was the last time you serviced the SC oil?

I haven't done the SC oil but only had it a year. Its at 80k miles so I was looking into doing it soon.

I brought it to the local LS guy and he replaced the belt and said he'd look into it more but its still sitting sad in the garage. I'm looking for info I can bring to him about what to do next before he suggests a new supercharger just to be done with it.

It would be a 2 hour tow to take it to someone that really knows these engines. I'd bet on it being the bearing myself, and would almost do a rebuild myself depending on how hard the old ones are to get out.
Have you checked to see if a new solid isolator will fix the noise? Mine got worn down and a new isolator fixed the problem after it was opened up no other issues were found.

That's looking like it will be my next step. I've got one on the way so hopefully I can get it done soon.
Have you checked to see if the idler or tensioner are the problem?

Thats a good idea, I give them a spin and see if I feel anything from them.
Lingenfelter solid isolator was put it in 2019 and another one was put in today. It seems to have fixed it.
