Sunroof shade issues?

I opened mine for the first time today (it was 84* in NorCal) and it makes a screechy noise as it retracted. Also it didn’t “wind or bunch” the shade material correctly, it just sagged. Anyone else have this or is this a known issue?

Yep, I had this happen as well. Came off track and got caught up on something. Was under warranty at the time and had dealer fix. I do t even open it any more tbh and just leave it close at this point unless it's super nice out then maybe.
