In regards to curb rash, what have most you done with repairs? Paint, Powdercoat?

On polished wheels, I’ve sent to wheel refinishers to make look like original.

One refinisher took two tries in order to match the OEM shine. The same refinisher also had issues with the clear getting hazy or spotty after certain car washes. Eventually they got it right.

A second refinisher when I hit a pothole and blew out a tire did a decent job with the shine and now, a year and a half later, I can just see a couple tiny cracks in the clear.

The last refinisher did it as part of a small crack repair. Also not exactly as shiny but it was free through my buddy who was a service manager at a Lincoln dealer.

Ok thanks. There are a couple wheel repair places here locally. Just wanted an opinion or two.
