I have been adding mods now my exhaust is a bit louder than I prefer, does going back to stock muffler (I did hold on to them) hurt any performance?

I am at 640 WHP, upper, lower, injectors, cam, headers, gutted Cats, Corsa sport mufflers, I added a set of Vibrant resonators, that seemed Fine until I gutted the Cats.

Aftermarket mufflers show negligible gains if any on the LSA over stock mufflers.
Stock mufflers flow pretty good for what I have read.

Up to 700whp or so stock costs you nothing

Mine dynoed 7 whp lower going through OEM mufflers vs. open cutouts. The factory mufflers are great.
