Stock M6 Dyno numbers

I just wanted to share my baseline dyno numbers for my car with this forum. My car is a bone stock, 2013, M6, sedan, with 46k miles. The car made 509rwhp 508rwtq on the first pull and 513rwhp 508rwtq on a back to back pull!

You have a healthy engine.

Sure seems like it! Can’t wait to see what it makes with the mods i have waiting for it!

indeed! Most stock numbers I recall are in the mid to high fours. Yours is reading at least 30hp higher than most.
Welcome to the Modness!
Your numbers are inflated because the shop has it set to STD correction factor instead of using the weather station and SAE correction factor to take into account the ambient weather conditions.

I wasn't gonna say it
Me either.
Trap speed is still the best indicator.

Sorry I forgot to take pictures of those graphs. I’ll try to make it back to the dyno to pull those up. It made 496rwhp SAE and 518rwhp uncorrected…

To my knowledge STD still uses the weather station, it just a different correction factor, uncorrected numbers are raw with no use of the weather station

That’s awesome! Getting my intake only A6 put on the dyno next week before mods. Curious of the numbers.

Seeing this post takes me back to 2013, when everybody - and I mean everybody - was excited to get an airraid.

Hahaha yea. I’ve been sitting on the parts I have for awhile now and finally deciding to throw them on. Once daily is fixed I’ll be all in.
Wow, good numbers! Thanks for the share. Would kill to see the gain after some bolt ons. From what I can tell on the other builds documented on here, seems to be harder to break into that 600WHP group than I was thinking, but this gives me hope! lol

The power levels below are listed in order numerically (since most are DynoJet) unless there is a quarter mile time that proves a particular number has a higher or lower value. I.E Mustang Dyno #'s are typically 5-10% lower than DynoJet's

THIS IS MUCH EASIER TO SEE IN WEBVIEW IF ON TAPATALK

Currently there are 223 different combos for you to compare.

If you want to be added to the list, please post in this thread with the following:

    • Year, Transmission Type, Body Style
    • All Power Mods - I don't need cosmetic stuff
    • Fuel Type
    • Dyno Type
    • Any track times
    • Any other pertinent info

Lol, Random was right. Seeing that list was a trip down memory lane. Per robs list my car made 463whp while stock with just airaid. It made 515whp just tuned for 93. And my first real mod was E85/injectors which made 581whp. Then did boost, ported blower etc. Hope that helps or gives a frame of reference for expectations. Also, that M6 will give you bigger dyno figures than an automatic. Good numbers, have fun with the mods.
