I'm trying to rebuild me car and I'm now installing the starter.
Does the black wire with little tabs on the edge of the eyelet and the red wire from the fuse box both connect to the starter?

Nope.
Two wires do go on that terminal. One from the red-capped positive terminal next to the fuse box and the other from the alternator.
The black wire goes from the strut tower (shown in your picture) to the rear of the pass side head.

Thank you wooo now I can finish putting the starter in tomorrow thank you.

Ok so I have the alternator hooked up. And the other shorter red wire goes to the starter.
And this black wire I need to route back up top to the back of the head?

So 4 grounds on 1 head and one on the other side?

Wait are you talking about the black wire in the first picture? The second picture is a different wire it comes out of the wiring harness near all the oil and starter wires. That the wire I'm not to sure what to do with. It has to little wings on the sides of the eyelet where you bolt it down.

From the alternator back towards the trans attaching to the block just above the block/oil pan split. Up and over the bell housing to the other side, then to the starter. I think it's a 6ga wire, but I'm sure it's got the silver heat shield sleeve.

In this picture I'm just wondering if this marked wire goes to the starter. It comes off the jumper terminal

This other wires is coming out of the harness near the oil level, starter, ac, and knock sensor I think.

The wire shown in the second picture connects to the alternator to the starter.

EDIT: Go back to your first post; the answer is yes. Both of the wires in your pics connect to the starter terminal.
I confused myself by noticing the strut-tower-to-rear-of-the-head ground wire not connected and that it has an eyelet terminal on the end.
I apologize for the unnecessary journey.
