UPS managed to damage my throttle body in this particular shipment, even after I paid for extra packaging! Waiting for something to go right so I can get this car on the market.... Also looks like the claim is going to be a nightmare.

I know this irrelevant to your sale but I was just curious, who did you pay for extra packaging where your claim for damage will be a nightmare to deal with? I know UPS does not package and they are very picky to how things are done for insurance purposes. That would fall directly on whom you paid to package it. If they did their job properly, UPS Capital would approve it pretty quickly.

I paid UPS Store to package it extra. Actually went back to the store on Friday and they are going to help me with the claim.

If the store is managed well, you shouldn't have a problem with it. The stores have what they call a pack and ship guarantee. Covid19 is not helping UPS but, you should still have a claim form within 10 days and hopefully after the claim form is submitted you'll get reimbursed within another 10 days. If you run into any issues, I can try and give some insight. I'm not defending UPS nor a The UPS Store but I have one so I kind of know the process.

The never ending build and sell thread…

Car is back in DFW in the capable hands of a friend that is a builder. Trans and converter are zero miles. Waiting on new rings for the newly refreshed motor as the injectors failed from sitting too long with E85. Replaced injectors with new ID1300’s.

Price of car updated due to market.

Everything is completed. Just waiting on the tuning which will be done by Matt by DMS.
