I need to replace all 4 shocks. Is there another way besides going back with mag ride. I don't track it or race it, and prices that would cost. Thanks Ray

I think mag rides are gonna be the cheapest and better option. Only other one are coilovers, and that will cost more.
Check rockauto or amozon for magrides.

I just ordered rears from Rock Auto this AM. It was a coin toss between them and Amazon, price-wise.
You could probably install a generic non-Mag shock. But you'd need to make or buy dummy loads for the Magride system or the car will throw codes because the magnetic coils aren't connected.
Going with OEM replacement MR struts on 2012 V-Wagon (50,000 Mi); reference has been made regarding deterioration of lower shock bushings. Probably smart to replace at same time. Comments, suggestions and/or part numbers appreciated. Thanks, new to the forum.

Thanks Karch. Have viewed postings regarding strut (replacement). Was hoping for additional info on strut lower bushings specifically before moving forward. No issues w/ control arm bushings, but ride quality and (non)effects of mode selection questionable. Will take some time to familiarize navigating forum but looking forward to it.

The lower shock bushing is integral to the shock, so when you purchase a new one that's already taken care of for you. Also these cars don't have struts, only shocks.

This is true for the front, but the bushings for the lower rear shock connection is integrated into the lower control arm.

Oh, yeah when I hear struts I usually think people are talking about fronts in a strut/shock car.

The rears I thought were actually integrated into the knuckle itself. The AC Delco knuckle with bushings in it is like 150 bucks per side, it would almost be easier to just buy the knuckles and swap them in instead of dealing with pressing out all the bushings and trying to replace with new. I would gladly drop 300 for the assemblies instead of around 100 for the six bushings it contains and run the risk of damaging the knuckle in a press.
