Question on shift patterns.

I am would think Normal is "D" and Pattern "A" is Performance or Sport mode. But not sure what Pattern "B" is? Under Trans Pattern Type it says A is normal and B says Trailer?

I wanted to change the behavior while in sport mode so I was going to change pattern A and leave the Normal tables along.

Or am I all wrong.

i think its ''trans shift mode'' pid log that and then shift it manually thru the shifter into drive, sport and then TUTD and that pid will show what mode the trans shifting is using then u know which tables to adjust

All Vs I saw until now have pattern B as the normal driving pattern in D and pattern A as sport mode. TUTD is obviously TUTD in the shift pattern.
You can also look at the 2-1 shift speedin the part throttle tab. If your trans is still stock and not downshifting to first in D, then look for the pattern with the 2-1 shift zeroed out.

Yeah- I added that PID (14200) but haven't logged anything yet.

I figured some Cunt on here would know. LOL

Well, sitting in the garage idling in park, reverse, and neutral it shows Normal and when I go to "D" it changes to Pattern "B". When I go to Sport "Shift knob to the right" it goes to Pattern "A". I'll log a run and see if the Normal/Pattern "B" changes.
