Thank you for looking:

I have been reading multiple posts on the topic, and I've concluded that the overarching message is as follows:
"What wheel and tire size you buy for a 2014 CTS-V coupe depend on what wheels and tires you get."

Perhaps it is just my ignorance, and if so, please educate me by providing direction to the correct post I should be studying.

I aim to max rubber to the ground with zero clearance issues for fair weather daily post 650 to 700 RWHP (Mustang Dyno). I have read multiple posts stating that 20s are superior to 19s for clearance of internal components. I also have no intent to lower the machine as NH roads are Fing rough in the spring.

The rims I am focused on have been narrowed down to:

A) SV-F3 - Savini Wheels
B) https://forgeline.com/wheel/sp3s
C) https://www.elementwheels.com/staggered-set-ace-alloy-aff02-gloss-mica-grey-machined-flow-form

Any guidance that you could give on the right wheel/offset size to max rubber to road w/o any clearance issues or wheel well modification would be greatly appreciated. Tire guidance would also be appreciated if this impacts the equation.

20's give you a bit more clearance, but they are a poorer tire for traction. For a tire to hook, it has to have some sidewall flex and the shorter the sidewall the less flex it can have.

Also, the shorter the sidewall, the less tolerant the wheel will be to potholes. Sidewalls give "compression". Shorter sidewalls are more likely to result in bent wheels on rough roads like we have in New England.

You can fit a 345 on the back of the car on a 19" wheel. This is what I'm running, along with 285s up front. I don't think it's possible to fit anything larger unless you're willing to have it poke out from under the fender lip.

I promised the person who sold me the wheels that I would not share the offset details. But as I'm driving a 14 Coupe, there's no question he has the right geometry and can sell you a set for your 14 Coupe. "Best Wheel Deals" in Florida. They're a Forum Vendor. Look 'em up! :)

Note: the second picture was taken after I dropped the car down off the jack, after mounting the wheels on the car. I hadn't driven it. The tires "settled down" once I'd rolled the car forward a bit, gaps closed up and the tops of the tires cambered in a little. So it looks like the tires are outside the fender lip, but they're not.

Any guidance on tires?

What I've got so far as guidance:
Rears - 305/45/17
Fronts (Primary Option) - 255/45/18, (Secondary Option) 245/50/18

If the sizes look right is question one. Two, what are my options for street tires?
