The rear seats are super easy. I just yanked on about the center of each seat and it pops up. Then you take the entire seat out. The backs have bolts at the bottom inside the cabin. The top bolts are in the trunk but again super easy.

The front seats I have no experience with so I can't help with them but hopefully somebody chimes in as I need to remove them as well.

I run 1/2mile events and was wondering how much drama it would be to drop some weight for a weekend.
Of course I would put the passenger and back seats back in immediately after.
Gotta have space to haul the ladies

Front seats take 10min to remove and weigh at least 50lbs.

2 bolts on the back rails. Disconnect a few plugs under the seat. Tip the seat to unhook the front part of the rails
