Dear Gentlemen,
I am new to this forum, I am assembling a new kit car where I am going to need a rear end with a ratio of 2.5 – 3 : 1 any idea which car’s rear end I could use to obtain this ratio ?
I will appreciate your help

Ford 8.8 then just buy any gear ratio you want.

You also haven't provided enough info to make much of a suggestion either and this isn't about a CTS-V so not sure why it's posted here...

Greeting Kuwait friend. If you dont mind, Could you fill out your signature with what your car is so that when you ask a question or respond we can give accurate information.

If this is a CTS-V related question. Best Ive seen is G-Force or Driveshaft Shop offering a 9" conversion that has a 3.00 gear. Did not see any in the 2 range. That would most likely be custom or offered outside of GForce or DSS.
