Pulley swap on a tuned car

I was wondering what will happen to my car when I swap to a 2.55 pulley from the stock one. The car is tuned already with the stock pulley. I’m also going to port and polish the snout while it’s removed from the car. I figure as long as im not going wot then I should be on until it gets back to the tuner. I also have to drive it 4 hours to get re-tuned. Has anyone else done a pulley swap after it was tuned with the stock one?
