If you take off the under dash plastic and look up you will see 2 silver torx screws on the steering rack. They are Torx T30 IIRC. if you decide to remove one to Loctite just make sure you realize you will have to move the steering wheel to the exact spot it was in to line up the screw properly.
My steering wheel is a little off when going straight. I've had a few wheel alignments but never straightening up the steering wheel. Are you saying by removing one of the Torx screws you can adjust the steering wheel left to right?

Well... This happened to me. Scared the shit of me too when I went wot and the wheel moved out. Took longer to get to the screws than tighten them. Took them out and put a dab of blue loctite and put them back in and tightened them to 90 in lbs. Read somewhere it was 71 in lbs but seems a little light to me. Also had no issue lining up the srews. I pulled it out all the way before I started.
