Phone mic stopped working

I had this last summer when I paired a new Samsung. It initially worked, but then started to have your symptoms. I just unpaired it, reestablished the connection, and it was fine after that.

Today I called the wife's phone and while speaking in the car, I heard no voice on her phone. But when I use my finger to scratch the mic I hear that.

3 years ago, maybe when I installed a wideband in the clock location, I maybe have dislocated it.
