So I pull the car out of the garage and start to wipe down the little areas. As I go to hop in the drivers seat the car starts misfiring. I sit there for a minute listening and it continues to get worse. So back into the garage and hook up hp tuners to it. Misfire on cylinder 2. So I pull the plug and see oil.

It’s on my list of diagnosis. The disappointing part is the car has 43k and has religiously been maintained

When’s the last time you did valve cover gaskets and the spark plug oring? I would start there or a leak down test.

hows your valve stem seals ? not sure if yours are held down with the spring or if they push on, if they are the push on style then they can pop up over time, easiest way is to remove rocker covers and look at the springs see if any are sitting up where they shouldnt be

I have a guy I’ve been working with for years with my job that works at a local Cadillac dealer that is going to have his lead tech take a look at it next week. Based on my mileage he said that it’s rare to have an oil fouled out plug in this engine. We’ll see. Fingers crossed.

So I ran a bore scope down the cylinder in question and compared it to one in the left bank. All looks consistent which tells me that my issue is a valve stem seal on cylinder 2. Also noticed that the pass valve cover is leaking.

Doesn't sound like you have enough information yet to draw the conclusion, but I'll go along with the idea as you can do a valve seal job with even pulling the heads. Even if it's a "let's see if it will fix it" procedure, it might be worth doing.
I'd pull the piston down to the bottom and get a real good borescope look at those cylinder walls, especially concerned about any vertical scoring.

Confident there is no hole in any piston. The car runs perfect until the plug gets coated with oil then fouls out.

I would do compression next. Pull the valve cover after that. Sounds like you have oil pooling in that area (cover leak).

Might be enough to get sucked down a valve stem via a bad seal.

Yes, that is where you should go next.

But even leak-down tests won't always show why an engine is using oil.
I would be especially concerned because it is only one cylinder.

Even if the leak-down test turns up negative, I see you pulling the head,
or the entire engine. . . As you desire..

Good Luck!
