Newbie gen 1 owner

Hello I'm Dallas, newbie gen1 owner . I have a bone stock 05 . I want good sound and solid power, so hit me with what is a good setup. Not gonna race or drag but want the intimidating sound. So I'm thinking : COA, long tube headers, cat back exhaust, cam(? On numbers for good lope). Also on a budget looking to spend less then 4 on above.
