Well. I live in round rock Texas. And as it has been on the news we had a tornado come through here. And well. While the wheels tucked, the TREE that fell on it had to be removed. I’m really hoping they fix it but am not holding out much hope. There is damage to EVERY PANEL. It took me two years to find the just rite one. And I have owned it less than 3 months. What do you guys think? Total loss?

With today's car prices I'm betting they fix it. Years ago my wife's cheap but new Mazda was pummeled by hail and they fixed it - cut the roof off and replaced it even.

I was thinking the same thing. It’s legit all body damage. It didn’t even get any rain water in it. It’s a lot of body damage but still it’s just body damage.

thats totaled

my wife got into a very minor fender bender with her jeep and the parts alone were $10k
that entire car needs to be repainted , headliner, likely suspension or frame damage

damage in the mid to high 20s will technically total the car ( usually 65% )

I know but I’m still hanging on to the tiny amount of hope but I’ve already started looking for a new one. I’m pretty sure this one is done. Less than 70K miles and clean is a pain to find In today’s market

One option is to buy the car back from the insurance company and sell it yourself. There is a genuine market for wrecked CTS-Vs. All the insurance company will do is send it to Copart or IAAI to be sold so they can offset the cost of paying you.
Granted, it is a hassle, but how big a hassle depends on your personal dollar vs headache analysis.
At a bare minimum, at least ask what the buy-back price will be.

I am afraid that looks like enough to total it.:(
