The Dedicated Motorsports crew has been pushing the LSA 1.9L to its absolute limit. This means small upper pulleys and a lot of belt load as we pack the blower full of air. The result is some belt slip no matter how new the Griptec pulley or how much belt tension we apply. Now that we've established the issue lets talk about the solution. First off we developed an idler relocation bracket that moves the upper idler 5mm closer to the supercharger pulley. This bracket works with all idler pulleys and also makes more room for the 9.17" and larger lower pulleys. This product is designed for the max effort guys or anyone looking to get the most out of their LSA supercharger system.

But we didn't stop there. We wanted more belt wrap so we designed a 110mm upper idler pulley. This pulley will push the belt another 5mm closer to the upper pulley for a total of 10mm additional belt height and wrap on the upper pulley. How much does the relocation bracket change the belt size? I have a 2.35 upper with plenty of belt slip so this interest me.

That depends a lot on how tight the current belt is. If the belt is really loose the pulley relo combo will tighten the belt from full loose to full tight. If the current belt is tight you will need to step up one size. We will have a full belt list posted here soon.
