Read through some old posts didn't see anything recent.
Is there a way to salvage somehow?

Also any newer upgrades to have a not so expensive carplay option?

You might check Ebay and get a unit from there to swap parts.

Thanks. I guess I wouldn't be sure if it was the actual screen since that appears to be working or a replacement DVD drive or if there was a way to clean or troubleshoot.
