My 2014 ctsv sedan has a oil leak somewhere under it

Picked the car up on the lift, noticed that the underside has oil on it. Hard to see where it's coming from.
I've had this car for 9 years and still enjoy the ride, power and comfort. I have another car living on the lift being modded, 1968 Pontiac Catalina.

Rear main seal?
I am quite curious about this myself, 2011 Coupe A6 45K miles, noticed a couple drops on the garage floor. Upon initial inspection they were dripping off the oil filter, none on the pan or elsewhere, at that time I didn't see oil anywhere above the filter, changed filter and oil. I am hopeful that the filter was the problem but what is most likely if that was not the cause? I am really hoping you say valve cover gasket and not rear seal, lol. Is one or the other known to be a common point of failure on these cars? I am going to buy a flexible borescope this weekend so I can see in more detail, been wanting to get one anyway. Any thoughts are appreciated.

400 car?

I had a ‘69 Firebird for 10 years and ‘65 Pontiac for 28 years.

Check rear main

That is where I had a small one. But now is worse.

It was told to me that the higher HP from higher boost has exacerbated the leak so she's getting new main, having Adam's motor mounts installed, new plugs, new Mighty Mouse CC (because the BMR doesn't seem to be working as well at higher HP either), belts on the SC and power steering.
Oil filter is dry, oil pan seems to be clean, it's on the whole plastic shield cover under the motor.
The rubber where it meets the metal hosing for PS lines can leak. I have a slow drip on mine. This would be right where the plastic cover is at also like MrSurly said. I think my leak started after I had to mess with those lines to get the Track Attack in there...
