Hello, I am currently running headers, x-pipe and nothing else on my 6MT Coupe. I want to install cutouts and quiet mufflers but I don’t have the stock muffler, so I want to know if anyone has any incite to lead me in the right direction of what mufflers to put on.

Most here love the sound of headers, X and stock exhaust. I know you don’t have the stock setup, but might be worth finding one used versus getting expensive aftermarket.

Nah, I think it's more like loud on demand vs loud all the time with some of the aftermarket mufflers, etc.

I really like where you are putting these. I'd like to see what it looks like from a couple of car lengths back.

Only reason I'd do cut outs if for red light reving.


More than once people have made motion to rev up when out. I'd like to open up...rev up...get a thumbs up...then close.
