What does your brother think of Conti's Extreme Contact? They got GREAT ultra-summer wet/dry ratings. Are they noisy? Grip?

i'm running Toyo R888R's now, and while they are flypaper tacky, they're loud as HELL, and SUCK in the wet.
He really liked them as he's just a touch above stock power levels, and he appreciated the lower buy-in. lol

They do get noisier towards the end of their useful life, but not objectionable, and the wet weather grip drops off noticeably with less than 50% tread left. He would repurchase them again for his DD V.

Cup 2's rattle your balls. Great on my track car, I would never run them on the street if I wanted a streetable ride. Corvette's come with CUP2's and many guys sell them off cheap.
You must had overinflated them. There is no reason a Cup2 should ride firmer than PS4 or MPSS. Basically the same tire with different compound (softer). I've never experienced this with Cup2's over various cars.
