Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum and to LT4 engines as well. What is the easiest way to improve engine performance on my CTS.
I'm reading about new performance chips, air filters and supercharger lids.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I do enjoy potato salt and vinegar. All kidding aside, thinking of engine controller module chip.

I'd think you'd be looking for the entire engine controller module and not just a chip. One little piece broken off of the larger part isn't going to do you much good.

Yah I guess chips were old school. Nowadays the entire modules must be replaced or programmed.

And the supercharger lid I think is just for the LSA's, the LT4's already have a pretty robust lid/intercooler assembly. I'd say the easiest way is to install different supercharger pulley and drive pulley.

So was reading last night about weapon-x and mpi lt4 supercharger lids. Seems easy to replace.
Anyone with experience with these, also is looking at aem air intake.
