I dont believe those are the correct parts for the V3.

Front rotors, GM PN: 84271643, Rock Auto is 1771247, does not list discard thickness. Probably due to the 2-piece? Not sure.
Rear rotors, GM PN: 23369743, Rock Auto PN 1771214, discard thickness is listed as 0.2834646 or 7.2mm.

I also recently replaced my rear rotors at 30k cause they were worn, I didnt measure them. I checked them for any markings that show the discard measurements and didnt find any markings of any sort.

I looked up '17 CTS with 6.2L. 🤔

Front has a J55 or J56 brake code.

I doubt that you use the rear rotor until it is 7mm thick. That would be something like THIS.

The 7mm doesn't make sense to me either. Perhaps it means 7mm from the nominal thickness? Not sure.
The J55 and J56 brakes are not for the V3. They should be J6H.

10-4. RockAuto must just have all rotors under 6.2L. There WAS a Centric I saw that said 28mm nominal thickness, 26mm discard.
