Looking for a Good tuner...

I live in WV...down in the holla. Yes, us billhillys like going fast in style too. I am looking for a good tuner. I live close to Winchester, Virginia. As far as a recognizable. City. I have a truck and trailer, can haul my ride where it needs to go. I am looking for a good tuner, within a reasonable distance.
Any suggestions?
