Please understand the Angle tip system for the coupe is hands down the nicest system for your vehicle, and takes many man hours to manufacture. The tips alone have more labor involved to build than an entire system on some other vehicles, this is our most expensive item to manufacture, but also the most popular. Retail for the 3" cat-back for the coupe with the angle tip option is $2440.00 For a group buy I could bring that price down to $1687.50 with a minimum order of 5 pieces and $1770.00 for 3 pieces.

Absolutely no droning, we test all of our systems on the street and on the track for performance, sound and appearance. Pricing dependes on what system you are interested in. We have axle back, cat back, tip options (coupe) and different systems for sedan, coupe and wagon. What are you looking for?

For a Sedan cat-back on group buy we could do $1350.00 Same pricing for wagon or coupe w/ round tips. (Angle tips on coupe are more) $1687.50

What are the options for a wagon? What kinds of gains do you typically see with an cat back vs an axle back?

crazymikie we have an axle back or full cat-back for the wagon. Gains with exhaust systems can vary greatly depending on other modifications, on higher modded vehicles you will see greater gains by increasing the exhaust flow than on stock vehicles. 10-15 is realistic on a stock vehicle for a cat back, 5-7 for a axle back, many claim higher but that is debatable. You would see higher gains on vehicles that are also tuned with pulley upgrade and an intake etc. You start getting into more advanced mods like upgraded forced induction and fuel systems, the gains from the exhaust are even greater... All things working synergistically the HP improvements are improved on a scale. If your looking for dollar to HP increases ECU tuning, pulley and intake would be on the to-do-list first. We offer those products as well. However the exhaust is the most dramatic upgrade aesthetically, because it looks fantastic and makes your car sound as good as it looks! Exhaust is always my first upgrade to any vehicle for the simple fact it makes me smile : ) If your planning on going for big power 650+ go cat back and if your performance mods list is not that extreme and you just want a subtle deep tone and very attractive exhaust system, axle back is the way to go... and super easy to install. Just my $0.02.

kabooz321 you could have a shop remove and replace the axle back portion with our system. That should not be too difficult. The angle tips you are referring to are only available for the coupe. They are specially designed to fit the cutout on the rear bumper. However all of our systems use the 4" dual walled angle cut round tips. These can bee seen on our website. www.kpe-products.com

Andy, (KPE) is the general sales manager. He hooked me up a few days ago with an axle back with resonators inside the muffler. I think if you're serious and call him he might be in a good mood and give you the group discount.
