Just bought Airaid - now what about the Green Filter

I've searched the forum and not seeing much recent activity. Can anyone tell me how much I will gain buying a Green Filter and throwing away the new yellow filter that comes with the Airaid? Is it a couple horsepower? Better filtering? I am inclined not to buy the Green. This is going on a stock LSA. Future mods may include a pulley/exhaust/tune, but I am not ever planning on going nuts with power mods.

Thanks

Glad I asked, thanks
You do not need a tune to use the green filter. My car is stock except airaid with green filter and never had an issue for over 5 years. But if you are planning on those other mods you will obviously need it tuned so get the green filter at the same time you buy those other mods and have it tuned all together. Btw it is definitely worth it and many others think so as well. Just a pain to get it in there as its a tight fit

Maybe i should restate, I did not get a tune and car has been running great. What are some obvious signs that my trims are way off? I will be the first to admit I don't know a thing about tuning
Thanks guys. Will keep my yellow for now...arrived today. Installing when I have a chance in the next couple days. Looking forward to 30% extra hp. May add a couple stickers for 5hp each.

Installed and test drove...noticeably quicker. MUCH more whine. No way GM would sell it with that much noise. I dig it.

Crappy instructions and kind of chintzy quality of the metal airbox, in my opinion, but the results are good.
