Fairly large build on a customers 2011 V Coupe in the shop right now. Be sure to stay tuned to this one as I update the progress throughout the build.

Just a quick update on the progress of the build-

Everything is installed and we are currently in the process of street tuning this V, while breaking in the engine. Hopefully we will have some dyno numbers by the end of the week, along with some 1/8 mile passes if everything works out according to plan.

Here are a few pics I snapped during the process. I will have completed project pictures when everything is said and done ready for the customer to pick the car up.

Forged short block

Preliminary results were 680 RWHP on just 13 psi of boost on straight 93 octane. This thing is moving some air. The pulley combo on this car is a 2.55 upper and 9.10 lower, so we could spin it harder if we wish, but we will be putting a hefty amount of spray on it anyways. We are currently building a standalone system for the nitrous, and hope to have those results in a few weeks. The car at the current level has ran 6.80s in the 1/8th on boost only with some traction issues. M&H 315s are going on the back since we went with the 10.5" wide Weld wheel.

Enjoy some updated pictures. We just put the finishing touches on the JHR 4.5 CAI and JHR stand-alone fuel tank. The customer did not want a stand-alone in the trunk due to fuel smell, so this 1 gallon cell was built and installed under the hood. It houses a Walbro 255 fuel pump, and has a Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator mounted under it. We think it turned out great.

She will be going back on the dyno today to get the nitrous dialed in and then to the track if we can get some warm weather.

Update- Did a little more fine tuning on boost only (13 psi) and made a little over 700 RWHP. Here is a comparison graph of boost only vs a 250 jet in the Nitrous Outlet blower plate. The factory converter is a little unhappy on the initial hit of nitrous.
