Is this front curved cross member the 5th jack point to raise my 2009 V? It doesn't look too hefty. If so, I'll jack it in the center and put the jack stands each side of the jack. TIA, Roger.

It is timely that you mention the topic. When i put mine on the lift normally i use the red points above. They are not the official points, but they are lifting under heavy connection locations with multiple big metal parts loaded rather than sheet metal only.
In order to do the cradle drops front and rear, I moved the lift points to the GREEN indicated spots (the official spots). With the front cradle OUT and the rear cradled reinstalled, the car lost some stability on the lift, actually lifting one front rail to the point of leaving daylight between. I don't think it was enough to actually threaten to flip (I gave it a test shake) but it was freakish enough that my daughter insisted that I address it. Since I was through installing the rear cradle, I used jack stands to relocate the rear lift pads to the rear red marked areas.
TL,DR: the ass end of the coupe is pretty hefty.

Well, yeah, the rear end is pretty heavy. Just look at it, lol!!!

When I put my coupe on a 2 post lift, I use the green points with lifting pucks in the back. Seems to come up pretty level and stable. I think a PO tried to use the pinch weld and bowed the bottom of my fenders out a bit.
